The 521 “Aurora” Royal Canadian Air Cadet Squadron (RCACS) commits to develop in each and every Cadet qualities of leadership and an aspiration to become a valued member of their community. We reinforce values necessary to prepare youth to meet the challenges of tomorrow and to embrace the multicultural dimensions of Canada. To this end, we offer dynamic training in a supportive and efficient environment where change is a positive and essential element.

We further commit to attain this vision by living shared Canadian values with particular attention to:

At 521 RCACS we offer a variety of extra programs within the cadet program such as Spec Ops, Effective Speaking, Drill & Flag Party, Range, and Survival & Orienteering.

We currently have over 65 cadets in the program who are overseen by a staff of Cadet Instructor Cadre Officers, and Civilian/Volunteer Instructors.

Our headquarters base in located at St Mary’s School at 34110 Lougheed Highway in Mission.
