Short Fuse – Mission Candlelight Parade – Saturday, Dec 06 2026

521 will be participating in the Mission Candlelight Parade on Saturday, Dec 06 2025. Cadets are to meet at the Petro Canada Gas Station, 7285 Horne Street, Mission for NLT 1730hrs (5:30pm). The parade starts a 1800hrs (6pm). Dress will be C1 – Full Dress Uniform. Wear Parkas / Toques / Gloves / Other Warm Clothing.

1st Ave / Lougheed Hwy in Mission will be closed off for the parade, so it is recommended to park near-by and walk to the Petro-Canada Gas Station.

Curling / Potluck – Saturday, Dec 13, 2025

Each cadet wishing to participate in curling on Dec. 13, 2025 will need to have their parent/guardian electronically submit a completed registration waiver to the curling club. The curling club is no longer accepting paper forms. A waiver must be completed by any of the staff wishing to participate on the ice as well. • Select “club Ice Rentals/ Waiver”.
• Click the red “register” button.
• On the login box pop up, click the red “continue” button.
• On the login to continue page, enter valid email address and click “send me a Login Link”.

A link will be sent to the email account that was entered.

• Open the link from the email that was sent or enter the “token” that was provided in the email in the space in the pop up.
• “Information required” pop up will appear.
• Click the red “continue” button.
• Complete the profile information requested then click the red “save and continue” button.
• The waiver will pop up. Please read.
• Type in “We agree” (if you agree and wish to participate in curling).
• Click the red “submit” button.

This will take you back to the “Cart Screen”. Total should be $0.00.

• Click the red “Register” button.

Register pop up window will appear.

• Click the red “Submit” button.

Thank you for your purchase pop up will appear telling you a receipt will be sent to the email address you entered.

Please print a copy and have the cadet return it before, or on, Dec. 13, 2025. This must be handed in before they can go on the ice.
