Cadets:
Place – LHQ (St Mary’s Centre)
Time – 1815hrs to 2115hrs
Dress – C3B – Those without uniforms should be in white dress shirt and black pants

Bring – Paintball Delta Force, summer training forms and sign up for the Mission Childrens Festival on June 11th (shifts are 7-12 and 12-430pm)

Friends and family are welcome to join for the award ceremony which begins at 7:30pm

June 3rd, 2023 – 73rd Annual Ceremonial Review

Cadets are to arrive at Hatzic Middle School at 9am with:
-Full uniform on a hanger (Pants, belt, shirt, tie, tunic, wedge)
-Boots
-Water bottle
-Permission or camp forms

Guests may start to arrive at 10:30am – Please be seated for 10:55am, the ACR will begin at 11am sharp.

June 2, 2023

Thursday, June 1, 2023 – ACR Rehearsal at Hatzic Middle School

• Annual Ceremonial Review (ACR) Rehearsal
o Undress rehearsal at Hatzic Middle School – 34800 Dewdney Trunk Rd, Mission, BC
o Cadets will be in civilian clothing
o Cadets to arrive at 1800hrs (6pm) and can be picked up at 2100hrs (9pm)
o Cadets to bring filled water bottle and snacks as there will not be a canteen
o Bring signed summer training forms
o Bring Paintball permission forms, do not forget to register HERE

Permission Form must be returned by June 8th, 2023, the and Delta Force Registration Waiver must be completed on line by June 8th, 2023 as well.

As we want to ensure that as many cadets can participate as possible, we will arrange for ride sharing to and from the Squadron. Please indicate on the permission form if you are able to provide transportation for other cadets or if your cadet will require a ride.

Delta Force requires registration on their portal which will generate an email that contains a bar code that the cadet has to bring, either electronically (on a phone) or a print out. If you and the cadet do not have access to a device or printer, please email the bar code with the cadet’s name to 521aurorascc@gmail.com. You can reach the portal thru this PaintBall Link
